Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OmegleWebX (omegleweb.in), operated by OmegleWebX (operated by Dhananjay Badoni). By using the service you agree to them. OmegleWebX is an independent service and is not affiliated with Omegle.com LLC.

1. You must be 18 or older

The service is strictly for adults. If you are under 18, you must not use it. We remove and ban accounts and devices we believe belong to minors.

2. What is not allowed

• Nudity, sexual acts or sexual content of any kind, and anything involving minors (reported to law enforcement).
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying.
• Spam, bots, scams, advertising, or links to malware.
• Recording, screenshotting or sharing other users without their consent.
• Sharing anyone's personal information (doxxing), or impersonating others.
• Illegal activity, or trying to bypass bans or our safety systems.

3. Moderation and bans

We use automated tools (including on-device nudity detection) and user reports to keep the service safe. When you are reported, the recent text chat of that conversation is saved for review. We may skip, restrict, or ban users, devices, or networks at our discretion, temporarily or permanently.

4. How matching works

Matching is random but not purely random: it considers your chosen chat mode, shared interests, region, language, safety and trust signals, and your preferences and the preferences of others. We do not guarantee who you will be matched with.

5. Your content

Video and voice go directly between you and the other person (peer-to-peer) wherever possible and are not recorded by us. You are responsible for what you say and show.

6. Accounts and Premium

You can use the service as a guest or create a free account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Premium costs ₹499 per month (GST included) and is billed automatically every month through our payment partner Razorpay until you cancel. Premium includes the country filter, no ads and priority matching. Country is determined from each user's network location and may occasionally be inaccurate (for example with VPNs); we don't guarantee that someone from a chosen country will be online. You can cancel anytime from your profile. Premium then stays active until the end of the month already paid, and you won't be charged again. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of a duplicate charge. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing month. Premium can be removed without refund if you are banned for breaking these terms.

7. Disclaimers

You chat with strangers at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
